It is well known that few mini-hotels in Saint-Petersburg are situated in separate private buildings. Among them are the hotels of Eurasia Group: in this company the building ownership is a matter of principle. The benefit of such an approach is obvious, particularly if the initial building project was drawn up for the opening of a hotel. In the case of hotel «Regina», as a result, we can witness the existence of a conference room (with emergency ladder) and an underground parking lot, - things that one cannot afford if the building is not fully owned. Moreover, a good-looking facade (a common problem of Saint-Petersburg's small-scale hotel business) is self-evident here: two-storey light yellow building looks very modern, and at the same time it doesn't conflict with the style of old streets of Petersburg's Stone Island.
