We booked into B&B Sabrina months before our trip but were informed two days before we left that we would be moved to another place - Hostel Sabrina - due to their doing some work on B&B Sabrina. After the long train journey with smelly toilets, Hotel Sabrina was a haven and a delight. 1. The location was fairly good. A short walk to Nevsky, and only 5 minutes from the Hermitage. Many restaurants and stores nearby. 2. This was a converted apartment. St. Petersburg is an expensive city when it comes to lodging. The thought of spending $300 or more for a single night for a room that would accomodate three people was staggering.
