Rooms been renovated lately., rooms were very clean and cosy. Breakfast is great. Piano Bar on the 18th Floor is awesome, good service, reasonable prices and great views over the city. more

No non-smoking rooms available, staff was not interested in that problem. Brown water in the bath, 4 days without a shower!!!! Breakfast was good. more

Beautiful rooms that were large with a great view of the city. Large bathrooms and the hotel provided robes and slippers. very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The city center was abotu a 15 minute walk. more

To compare with other Soviet era hotels in St. Petersburg, I think Azimut Hotels Group has made great work after they bought this old property, which was earlier called "Hotel Sovetskaya". The first impression of the hotel was very good; nice reception/bar area, large room with nice bath and new furniture. But it had no aircondition, no minibar or fridge to keep cool drinks and no safe to keep your passport/valuables.
