We get a little PO'ed with people who give every place that they stay 5 stars. However, the Nevsky Prospect definitely deserves full marks due to their great location, only 5 minutes walk from the Hermitage, and their excellent value. This is NOT a 5-star international hotel! I'm deducting a star because our room smelled dreadfully of cabbage. No obvious cause - it didn't seem to be any kind of sewage problem or anything - but it was quite a powerful stench. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Airport or train pick-up and drop-off included. Drivers waited for us for 2 hours after we discovered our luggage did not arrive (it was a mess) – even helped us talk to the customs person. Wifi included.
