This was my 2nd stay at this property in 2 years. The hotel is nicely maintained, is located in a quiet section of the city (need a car - nothing in walking distance), nice view of the river from some of the rooms. Pleasant breakfast and a very nice sauna in the basement. The problem is that their Internet does not work - and the people who are supposed to help are the most incompetent and inconsiderate computer people I met in Russia. They also stink - I mean this quite literally - after one of them would visit my suite to look at my computer I'd have to open the window (and I do not even have a strong sense of smell) more
