Stayed here the end of November with friends for a brief visit to kazan. Check in was very fast. Receptionist friendly. Rooms were as expected, very comfortable, no fridge but window sill was covered in snow so was able to keep any drinks I had with me cold by storing on the outside window sill. Nice, modern hotel situatd a few minutes walk from the centre of Kazan. Staff very friendly. Food in hotel very good. Nice bar in hotel. Rooms very clean. No problem recommending this hotel.
