Had two nights at The Renaissance in Samara and can highly rate it. I don't speak Russian but every member of staff I spoke to did or spoke enough to get by - thank you! Rooms were standard stuff, breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very clean. Will definitely stay again when I revisit next month.

The staff is polite and welcoming but not trained professionaly. This is a standard (3*) business hotel and could be anywhere in the world. It is about 20 mins. by car from the city centre and not much of anything around it. The TV is ancient and there are only 3 English stations (BBC, Bloomberg and Discovery). The water temperature in the shower varies and the water is rust brown.... More
