A reasonably new hotel within walking distance of the main area.
Clean, tidy and very presentable. Area surrounding the hotel is a little put offing as it is an industrial area and residential mixture with a bakehouse next door that has fantastic smells issuing forth most of the time.
Good staff, they even smiled from time to time, something not quite Russian.
Pleasant dining room and good meals.
Jump off for day tours to Lake Baikal which is well worth seeing and getting the history of it. A great museum at the lake, do not miss it.
