Very nice hotel. I had s Studio room - it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is recently renovated. Breakfast is OK. Not too chic but good enough. Location could not be better - right in the city center. Not cheap but worth it.

Staying in Krasnodar two weeks on business, I had quite a good experience at Intourist. The rooms were all renovated, very clean, good breakfast even though the room is a bit old fashion, very helping staff. The only drawback I could experience was the temperature of the room, way too hot even if you turn off the heating.

I stayed one week at this hotel, the plumbing and bathroom is in very poor condition. The staff were very unfrindly. Breakfast selection were very poor, greasy food and dirty dishes, only thing good about this hotel are the security and good parking location. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
