This is a place that reflects soviet history :terrible design and terrible service. We stayed here for 4 nights.The public areas of the hotel looked gloomy and dusty, with surly staff... We have just returned from a week at the Hotel Rostov (Gostinitsa Rostov). The hotel is nice and we had no problems. We stayed on the 4th f in the special comfort rooms .
