This is a nice hotel for what you expect to find once you get far outside of Russia. The hotel front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with a good command of the English language. During my 3 week stay at this hotel I found it helps that about 90% of the hotel employees speak English and other languages! They will help you find your way around town-via the trolley-bus stop in front of the hotel or the local rail line, help you order food for your meals in the restaruant or at nearby eateries... more
Very clean and comfortable accomodations - excellent restaurant in the hotel with English menu (a big plus in Chelyabinsk!), helpful staff that speak English, great location convenient to everything and wireless Internet access in your room! Hard to beat! more
