I've been there for two months, huge and clean room, just a little bit annoying noise coming from the street traffic even at the 7th floor, bathroom always clean; when available the buffet it's pretty good, just a little bit expensive for the arabian standard, the menu is ok and much cheaper; sweet breakfast very poor. Average hotel and not impressing at all. My rooms was extremely noisy since its facing the main road. The sound insulation is horrible. Breakfast is OK. Nothing special. My rooms was clean and large enough. I think it's over priced compared to other hotel from the same class in Khobar or Dammam.
