After 1 month at this Hotel we were relocated by our Company. I certainly miss this hotel!!!!!!!!! Excellent Rooms, Staff, Food, Laundry Service. Grounds and beach area to relax in. The Intercontinental is the only hotel in Al Jubail so there are no alternatives (unless you want to travel 1 hr. and 15 min. to Al Khobar). As a result, they haven't put much effort into upgrading the hotel as it is showing significant wear & tear. Frankly, I'm surprised Intercontinental allows its brand to be used at this hotel... more

Well this hotel is a typical ME business class hotel. Not wonderful, but not bad either. There really is little or no choice in Al Jubail anyway. The hotel can be very busy.
