Good hotel to stay when on a business trip. The place is value for money compared to the others around. Though the place is away from the main city center. Little struggle is needed if you have to move around as taxis are not available on beck and call.

Nice hotel and it is more likely a 4 stars hotel. The service is good and the rooms are well equiped and clean. The breakfast is nice and very good with multi choices and good service. The staff are too friendly

There were one or two small issues in the rooms with the TV's (which all needed to be re-set) and the air-conditioning (which worked intermittently). It was good stay, Wireless connections signal is not good... I do stay 8 - 10 days every month in this Hotel. Location is in very beautiful area free of traffic jam. Strongly recommended for business travels to Al Khobar

Thanks for a restful and productive visit. Service and amenities were premium class for a budget price. Restaurant was welcomming with a professional and pleasant front house team combined with fine chefs with great attention to detail. Concierge helped me out of a jam with some letters to post and i remain grateful.
