Staff at the hotel went out of there way to be helpful, making it a pleasant stay overall. It was only mired by the electrial power losses to my room which seemed to happen once or twice a day, I was told this was due a problem with the hotels main power feed cable? I hope they get it fix... more

The Sheraton was recently refurnished. All looks new and works perfectly. The rooms are big and have nice view on the bay. The gym is great and well equiped. On my next trip I am coming back to this hotel. more

How long does it take to finish the refurbishment. This was the Oberoi, many years ago and Sheraton must be taking in excess of 7-8 years and they are still way off finishing the refurbisment.
