The location is great few steps from the holy mosque and all other facilities like eateries, phone internet SIMS steps away, the staff is exceptionally helpful and polite. Staff was very courteous, however they need to bring imporvement in the following 1. Reception staff should speak English. They don't understand any language except Arabic so it becomes dificult for guests who cannot speak or understand Arabic. 2. Their rooms are comfortable but very very small. It was a very nice days spent in Madinah the hotel was pleasant, staff were extreemly helpful, hotel atmosphere is relaxing that was suitable for the mood of the city. It very near to Prophet mosque, and they offer free parking space, which is an essential benefit in Madinah - Haram area. More

Perfect location with only a couple minutes walk to Mosque. The public spaces are clean and well-decorated but the rooms although decorated well are tired now and require attention; the cream carpets are heavily stained. Reception staff are misrable and most do not understand english well. Service is awful expect to make several calls before you get what you need... More
