This hotel is located near Nabawi Mosque, so it's perfect location to stay during pilgrimage/ omra. Room was excellent, food were also excellent. The chef served Indonesian menu during my stay.. thank you chef :) Two thumbs for you...

“Wonderful stay and professional services”

I used to stay at Hilton Madina and every time there is a progress in every services , I did enjoy using the wireless in the cafe and I totally impressed with the hospitality of all the people specially Mr. Nader and Mr. ABdel Aziz and all the staff.

Perfect as always. In these times of adverts that "stretch" promises it is gratifying to know that Madinah Hilton always deliver exactly what you expect of a 5 star that it is. The staff were the wonderful and friendly and all are multi-lingual which was of great help seeing my children(5) speak English .....

good location, u can pray right outside, great rooms - international hilton standard, great breakfast and dinner in ramadan as well the staff are friendly, this one is better than makkah hilton, but makkah hilton has better views of the haram, dont expect that here

Stayed two days 16th and 17 th April 2013. Excellent location / helpfull staff. / clean rooms but carpets look tired.Bathrooms were clean.Buffet BF average. There was some issue during check out that was solved.Hamid at the concierge needs special mention and is very helpfull.

well the location is cool most of the rooms doesn't have haram view . the stuff is amazing .it have six elevators . but there's disadvantages : there's no wifi in the rooms and lack of car parking . two minutes walking to the haram . thought it's three stars hotel as i read before.
