This hotel is very close to mosque. All the staff member are very friendly. After work hour, hotel kitchen people provide us with hot water that we need with flask for no charge. Always smiling and staffs are willing to assist you. Rooms are cleans and B/F buffet has more varity than Mecca hotels. Modern bathroom and elevators works fine. more

Stayed here during haj 2006 - '07 from 12 till 20th Jan. The location is excellent, less than 5 min walk from the Mosque. The rooms are great, the views of masjid nabawi from the rooms are amazing...location is central, shops are close by..only problems are lifts...theres only 5 lifts and at peak times u have to wait a long time for the lifts...the staff are very helpful, most undertand a little english. but if u can speak arabic or urdu its fine. more

Stayed there with the family, had a tripple room with a fantastic view of Masjid Nabvi (photo attached). The staff are all very professional and friendly.
