Well, probably it's best hotel in Najran, KSA. So you don't have so many choices.
Hotel is clean, with smaller, quite OK rooms.
Service is extremely slow, you rather avoid any extra questions, requests etc, because after you can spend on check-in / check-out much more than "their standard15 minutes". Even after it's not over as we were asked twice we passed by the reception for some complementary missing data.

One thing which is good it is to take local guide. Mr. Saed is friendly man who will take you around the area with plenty of fairy-tale like stories.

At the end one thing to be avoided is local restaurant - probably the most expensive in the Najran, so you don't expect almost ready -to - eat food from freezer, where small pizza means that the cook & waiter cuts off the margin of large pizza..... Of course all these after proper amount of time for every step from bringing menu to paying the bill. more
