Stayed in 2012 for about 7 weeks. Services are good, most stuffs speaks English. Metro just nearby, few good restaurants in walking distance. Next to Teemall where it has the delicious Tim sum, and southern Chinese food! Great Location, Rooms, Views, Restaurant, Service. Overall an excellent package. Being from India, I found the price to be reasonable. We had a small child and had room service multiple times and also ate at their restaurant. The food was excellent every time. The only negative is that Taxi's are very difficult to get in the morning and evening.

Stayed here for 2 nights will definitely be back. I get to Guangzhou twice a year and have stayed at many properties with this Sheraton meeting all my needs and exceeding on customer service. I stayed here for 3 days while the Canton Fair was on. As result the room rate was through the roof, like all hotels for this event. Well trained chamber staff upkeeping superior level of cleanliness and hygiene, good communication with customers on laundry stuff, fantastic location with easy access to airport via subway and other places. Bell boys are exceptionally helpful to assist in getting taxis at hotel lobby

No Doorman when I arrived at the entrance only to find out most of the Bellam were at the counter chit chatting.... told female receptionist and she responded quickly. A female manager called later and sent fruits up to apologize. Can be more creative and personal when recovering and not just sending fruits only....
