I upgraded on arrival to include breakfast and stay in the west wing, the buffet breakfast was great with a large choice and egg bar. I loved this location on the Shamian Island. The tree lined streets and the quaintness of the island is pretty magnificent. Really fun little shops in this area. Breakfast can't be beat. More

I really would like to say this place is very good to excellent. The problem I had was at checkout and that soured the entire experience.
