I stayed in a large double room (240RMB per night) which was clean and had a nice view over the square outside. There are multiple buses into the city centre for only 2RMB nearby.
There is a nice park nearby as well as Guangzhou Art Museum which is worth a visit.
Opposite the hotel is a big shopping area which is convenient. All around there are restaurants to suit all culinary tastes.
The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean.
I will be staying there again on my next trip to Guangzhou.
