This hotel is run by the Chinese gov't, so it has a few "problems." The main one being cleanliness, or lack of cleanliness. It is very sub-standard and definitely NOT a 4-star. A comfort hotel on the outskirts of Xi'an. Friendly staff and some even spoke English. We had a room for 2 adults and two additional beds for the children and they didn't charge extra. I booked 2 standard rooms via the local website ctrip.com, for myself, sister and parents. Cost was about RMB300 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast and internet.
