This is an older hotel that Sheraton continues to update to keep it relevant. This means it has a beautiful lobby & they have added lots of marble & lighting to the rooms, but you can't change the basic old low-ceilinged room structure. We syaed for 2 nights on an organised tour including breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. Staff had little English but tried so hard to help. Pleasant bar and excellent buffet breakfast. more

Stayed for one night using SPG points. Lots of staff everywhere greeting you constantly. Taxi from airport to hotel was 146RMB. Internet (wired) was 43RMB. The place still shows well in the public areas, but the rooms are a bit dated. Service was great. The room large, but with old plumbing and air/heat. Food at the restaurant was good and service again perfect. Street noise and "pipes in the wall" noise were a bit much and good ears will need ear plugs to sleep well.... more

Friedly staff. Food was average. Being elite with SPG I was "upgraded" but the room was extremely hot! I was then moved to a different room that was not as hot but was noisy. Location of the hotel is away from main sites within the city. I would not stay at this hotel again. more
