I can't say enough about the staff. Every single person I encountered (front desk, doormen, concierge, restaurant, housekeeping, business office) were gracious and helpful. The staff was great helping us with everything from booking tours to translating items. They also provided great suggestions to nearby restaurants - ask about the French pizza place just outside the city walls. more

Love this 4 star hotel, for me it is great value for money at £55!!! The rooms & hotel were beautiful, i had no problem with the staff as i speak chinese.
