When we first arrived to our hotel we had asked if they would be able to book us tickets to Zhengzhou and we were told "It is National Holiday, we cannot." So I asked if they could try and received "No." I let it go for the moment and went up to my room, which was pretty nice & clean.... more

Hotel Stinks. Seemed to be a leak in the hallway of our floor. Only 2 lifts for about 1000 rooms. Dirty linen & towels. Have to wait 40 minutes for the advertised "western breakfast".
