The beds are comfortable (not as hard as some in China) and the bathrooms fine. Staff speak only a little English but are keen to help. Location not too bad: 1 yuan busride or 10 yuan taxi trip to the Bell Tower. Chinese breakfast included; not very exciting, but one morning one staff member took pity on us and brought us lots of extra food, as well as tea and coffee. All in all, we were happy with the hotel and the effort of the staff to make us feel welcome. more
