I've been here for 3 nights for a Conference.
I didn't expect a lot, but a Telecom International Hotel with no wifi and no personnel speaking english is a bit a non-sense.
It's a typical chinese 4s hotel, i.e. apparently everything is there fo being a 4s, but 2s is generous.
I asked to change my room since also cable...
