I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Very nice and comfortable. The room design and furnitures are suitable not only for resting but also for business. Breakfast is contained western foods in the best quality. The pool and gym contains up to date and complete exercise equipments. Very kind staff and responsible to your requests.

Stayed for one night over the very busy long weekend in April. The hotel was very nice...very much a business hotel with all the little luxuries. Hotel is a cab ride away from West Lake and seemed to be in a nice area.

It was my first experience at JW marriot!, I stayed there one night during my trip to china! It is a brand new, well- decorated hotel in one of the best parts of the city!, the rooms have every facility that you need!, the idea of putting a monitor inside bathroom was fascinating! Bravo!
