I have spent a few days for business and I have founf this hotel very good. Also the location is very good, next to the main sites in Hangzhou. I really raccomend it to everybody wants to visit Hangzhou!

stayed two nights recently on business trip to Hangzhou. great counter staff and staff in general spoke English rooms very good and very clean food was mixed style and enjoyable conclusion great value hotel in good location

It is overall very nice but as is typical with Chinese "stars", you can generally subtract 1 or 2 for exaggeration. The place is clean, the breakfast a deal at 50 RMB, there is a nice indoor pool and fitness center. Couple of problems to note: 1. The beds are also typical of China, like sleeping on a rock. 2.... This hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance of heaps of great places. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great staff, and a wonderful large lobby area with an equally wonderful piano bar. Great restaurant too, and being in the city centre, the shops and the silk market was all in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone but beware of the spartan beds. They are rock hard, at least to western standards.

Visited as part of Oriental Travel tour. Nice comfortable hotel with very good breakfast.

Another great hotel on my Pacific Delight Tour. I thought since it was alongside a busy hoghway it would be noisy but its very quiet inside. Great amenities with beautful shops in the lobby.
