Recently spent a week at this hotel on the 10th floor. As others have commented, excellent central location for access to railway station, the excellent metro system and the main nightlife district, Suskino, with clean but small room and decent buffet breakfast. The hotel just next to the Odori subway station & Odori Park. From Sapporo JR station around 15 mins if on foot, (very recommend take subway if you are taking heavy luggage) and just few mins to Susukino, very convenience. Their services just OK, can do better.
