Just opened in Jun 2009. - Good Service. - Less than 5-minute walk to the nearest Subway Station. - Had a good stay even though the price is a bit on the high side to me, even with the discount. Note: The reception is on the third floor. There's a connecting elevator to the rooms. more
Good location and friendly staff who speaks good english. Right in the centre of Susukino where all the shopping ctrs and restaurants around the hotel which is all within walking distance. more
Sorry but this is such a nice hotel but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. Firstly the taxi had no idea where the hotel was which meant we had a 30-minute journey from the sapporo sta. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a night only and moved to a different hotel. Well, the location of this hotel is pretty far from the Sapporo main station. We had a 10-15 minute taxi ride. lucky on business trip in Sapporo at the time of the opening of this hotel, just tried, location in Susukino, so much choice for bar, restaurant.... good, clean and very modern hotel, I loved the large lcd tv screen and the breakfast with french viennoiseries and bread more
