I didn't had any "BAD" experience but also have no reason for recommendation. Could be nice if you are visiting with your friend. There are some restaurants that opens till 3am or some markets with different foods and so. Room was extremely big for Japanese hotel but again... Couldn't find any reason to recommend or not. For business, might not... More

This is my third review of this hotel which is my choice of stay whenever travelling through Sapporo. Once again, the service was outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful and the perks awarded to IHG members and to ANA Gold card members makes it my first choice for business travel. On this stay, however, there were a few issues... The best advantage of this hotel we found was we can ride an airport limousine bus in front of the hotel. The view from the window of the bus was excellent!!! And we could walk in underpass from Sapporo station to the hotel and it was good to use when it was snowing or rainy. People in the front desk... More

We went to Sapporo for the snow festival 2013 and were looking for a well situated hotel, easy to reach and withing walking distance of Odori where the main ice sculptures were. ANA hotel fitted this well. I booked three weeks in advance and expected to pay a bit more than normal due to the festival but to pay $284.25... More

The staff at the ANA Sapporo were very friendly and efficient. But, the hotel is tired and clearly has not had any money spent on it since the day it was built. The rooms and their beds are small but most domestic brand hotels in Japan have small rooms and beds but they are very clean. The decor is average... More

We had booked and had confirmation of 3 beds and a cot. In reality there were 2 single beds in the room. The manager suggested the parents share with the kids by pushing the beds together. After some heated discussion we got a roll away for the older child and after 2 nights finally arranged a cot. The manager gave... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights from Aug 28 to Sep 1. The hotel was located close to JR Station, with underground walkway at exit 21. Once exiting, the hotel is right in front of you.
