Stayed here for one night during the Sapporo Snow Festival. I reserved a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel, they couldn' find my reservation for an hour. This was very unpleasant, as everyone involved knew there were absolutely no free rooms in the whole city during the snow festival, but at the end they found my reservation... more
