前泊に同じ系列で新しく開業したホテルに泊まりましたが、ノボテルの方が価格も満足ですし、接客マナーも普通で、その開業したてのホテルより「ホテル」らしさが出ていてよかったと思います。チェックイン時間は僅か１分と非常に早い対応でした。新規開業したホテルのチェックインは、列に並んで待たされ、チェックインも１０分以上掛かりました。しかもアップグレードして頂いたし、札幌駅周辺までのシャトルバスもあり便利でした。建物は老朽化が目立ちますが、ソフト面でカバーして頂いた感じです。大通公園まで１５分ですし、側に中島公園という大きな公園があり、キリンビール園（ジンギスカンBBQ）が徒歩５分程のところにありました。価値有りのホテルです。 more

We just got back from a 2 night stay at the Novotel. We booked direct with the hotel so did not have ot pre-pay or anything like that. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it looked brand new. The twin room had 2 semi double beds, a sofa and great views over a park with a lake (you can hire a row boat). This must have been the best hotel in Sapporo! I was traveling with my three children.....2 that are under 3. The first night we stayed in a double bed room. The beds were American size doubles. We stayed at the Novotel in Sapporo for 3 nights. They gave us a free room upgrade. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel very welcome. stayed two nights at the arthur in february. the hotel is pretty nice and right next to nakajima koen. the room was clean and well maintained. staff is friendly and always willing to help. unfortunately, the hotel is a non-smoker's hell. ashtrays on every floor right in front of the elevators guarantee tobacco smoke everywhere. furthermore, none of the restaurants... more
