The location is perfect. It close to the Station. I like the retro style of the decoration and it's really cute. The staffs were very kind, they help us a lot such as internet problems and which bus to take to Rusutsu because we don't speak any Japanese.

This is a cute and comfortable hotel. Having two bathrooms helps a lot when you are pressed for time. It is also located near a decent shopping area - Daimaru and Tokyu...among others... no problem with hotel. clean. a bit dark in the room. they should provide a place for your luggage...

Good located, a little far from what we expected. the room is big, very comfortable, cozy & the accessories in room are fully provided. one thing is the lamp are not bright enough, hard for reading during the night, and the icebox too small and not cooling enough. and the staffs are very friendly. very satisfied in overall
