We booked this hotel based on other's reviews which are all accurate. The staff are very good, complimentary breakfast has a good variety. Easy to get to by streetcar. Great place at a great price! Rooms were modern and clean but small. There was free internet in the lobby and a great free Japanese and "Western" breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The location is 15 minute walk to train station and close to the sites. more

The best value for money hotel we’ve ever stayed at - the room rate even includes breakfast. Conveniently located near a street car (tram) stop. Staff spoke limited English, but were very courteous and obliging. Would happily stay here again. more
