This hostel cost us over $100. Crazy, considering the other accommodations that we found throughout Japan. Was it worth the money? Probably not, but I can find very little wrong to fault the place.
The rooms were impecably clean, the standard for Japan but also incredibly tiny. The double bed took up the entire room and we barely had a place to lay down our packs. They had TV in the room and an ensuite bathroom, while tiny was still quite serviceable.
The common areas downstairs were nice and clean and offered free wifi. This wasn't available in the room for some reason (a pet peeve of mine). For $100+ a night, I think they could install some wireless routers.
The location was great, just a 5 minute walk from the train station and very close to the tram station into Hiroshima centre and the Atomic Bomb Museum, and dome, etc.
We only stayed for a night, but had a great time experiencing the new and old Hiroshima. We spent the evening in a yakitori...
