I am currrently living in GHU for almost a week now. In my views, it the best hotel you can find for an ampunt of money which is considered dirt here in Japan. Stayed in a single room, with its own toilet and shower cubicle. Room was clean though nothing special, but for the price you can't complain if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep while in Kobe. Easy to find & in walking distance from both Shinkobe and Sannomiya stations. Computer with free internet access in the lobby. Recommend it... more

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Only a weak smell of cigarettes (a souvenir from smoking guests) was a bit annoying. I recommend staying in this hotel. more
