It's an ok hotel, pretty cheap, but good location for convention or if you have friends on the island (as i had). Downsides are a little small, many rooms have smoking smell, no breakfast, but it's close to many convenience stores, and the train station is just next by. I would strongly advice anyone who wants to stay here to choose a different accomodation. The hotel is located on the Port island which is a residential area with a large conference centre and it is like a ghost city after 7PM. You are better of choosing a hotel on the mainland as Kobe has got a lively night life.... more
