Staff are friendly, room is clean, size of beds is comfortable enough, free green tea and coffee is a plus. Location is very convenient for taking the bus, it's about 3 blocks though from the subway station. Will choose this hotel if I return to Kyoto.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Good Location. One negative point: wi-fi only accessible in the lobby. internet in the room only possible via LAN cable. Breakfast can be added later.
