Clean, spacious rooms right across from the Western entrance to the sprawling Kyoto station. Staff were helpful in holding our luggage while we waited for the check in time, they also had metro and bus tickets available for purchase which was very handy. This hotel is right across the road from Kyoto station which is good when you are carrying bags! Heaps of food and shopping near the station too so easy to keep yourself entertained. Modern rooms too and staff were pleasant.

The rooms were modern. clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is second to none. It is across the road from Kyoto station (and buses) and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centres. The staff were also kind enough to help me arrange a visit to a tourist sight. Highly recommended. My preferred hotel in Kyoto.
