The customer service here is simply amazing. I had to email the hotel's reservations department several times regarding various issues, and each time they were extremely helpful, bending over backward to accommodate guests. Good cost benefit. Nice room, best location in front of Nijo Castle, in front of a bus point and easy to go everywhere. Staff really nice but believe: no wireless in the room. I dont understand why :-(

A nice hotel, wants to be luxurious, but could use a little paint, a few repairs here and there, and a little updating of the furnishings. If you can get a good deal on a room, say $100 or less, I would recommend it highly.

Its a reasonably priced triple room hotel and just opposite the Nijo Castle (which is very good as you just need to find Nijo on the transport map to get back hotel!). The room is dated but clean.
