I was part of a group in Kyoto for business and every time we had a question or looked like we needed help the staff was willing and able to help. One staff member even accompanied a smaller group of us to an impromptu tour and translated for our hosts. How awesome!!! more

Was really enjoying a return visit to this fabulous hotel when I became seriously unwell. The level of support and service provided by General Manager Ken Yokoyama and his staff was unbelievable. We stayed at this Hyatt at the beggining of October and it was fantastic. The Hotel it's self is immaculate and well appointed. It has a modern design that is pleasing to very unique . The best Hyatt I have ever stayed in. It was designed by a Japanese designer. The lobby and each room is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean modern, and refreshing.
