Actually this hotel was much better than I was expecting. A small room but the size is actually large by Japanese standards. A clean hotel with a pretty decent continental breakfast. The location is pretty far away from Namba station. I would recommend just taking a taxi to the hotel from Namba if you are a family like us.

I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking. Couldn't sleep due to the thick smell of smoke and had to sleep with the windows open which wasn't actually allowed. Breakfast is ok. Location is pretty bad.

I stayed in a double room in Aug 2010. It's quite far away from shopping district. Rooms are okay but not expect too much! This is quite a good place to stay. It is fairly quiet even though it is in the middle of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy and the people are very nice. Good value for money.
