Hotel reception was very good, we even checked in an hour earlier, train station is right there, food and shopping as well... The room we stayed in was huge including the bathroom....views were awesome(we got a room on lv 25) The only dissapoinment for this hotel would be no free wifi and bathroom needs updating! I chose to stay in this hotel because of uts convenient location above Namba Station and proximity to Dotonbori (10 minutes walking). This hotel is located in the namba station. It's very convenient to kyoto, nara and kansai airport from this hotel. Lots of restaurants and store nearby, not a big challenge by foot. Nice room and service also.

Stay for 5 nights in early June. "Advantage" type hotel room is newly renovated and full of amentities. Hotel is above Namba Station, and you can take the express airport train from KIX to the station within 40 minutes. Location is perfect for all types of travellers. Located at Namba area - Shopping, Dining and Transportation hub. Hotel facilities are more than adequate and staff are very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist.

A good location in the city & family recommended hotel. Staff was helpful with efficient housekeeping services. Staff was friendly & prompt on request. It has lived up to the name & room rates were reasonable. A good connection for airport and all tourist attraction as hotel is well connected to all train and subway lines. Will definetly come back!
