The location is excellent. Airport bus terminus is just outside the hotel. Hotel basement is linked to underground shopping street and subways to virtually anywhere in Osaka and cities nearby (Kobe, Kyoto, etc). Eatery is everywhere. Brilliant location, 2 min walk to Osaka JR station and there is a shuttle bus service to Kansai airport from outside the front door - very convenient.
