Stayed here for six nights in August 2011, and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The room was extremely good for the price, the location is good with excellent transport connections, especially to the airports (coaches leave for both Osaka and Kansai airports from outside the hotel), and the staff were professional and efficient. The only thing that could remind you are in a Sheraton is the logo in the key. The experience is quite far from the expectation Sheraton names provides.
