We stayed at this hotel as part of our 7D Central Japan tour. Small room but i would call it Japan's standard. The bathroom came with a tiny bathtub, i would say 2 persons inside is a crowd. The hotel is good value for money and has three very good restaurants. It is way way out of town though, close to a metro train station that will take you to Kyoto, Kobe and into Osaka.
