This is a great place to stay in Osaka. Great views of the city, large rooms, plush and comfortable beds. I spent two nights at the hotel on business, and was very impressed. Clean, large rooms, excellent view on Osaka, close to Kyobashi railway station. Breakfast (Japanese+English) was very tasty. Reception staff speak above-average English, and are quite helpful. Downsides: lack of a gym (this is quite common in Japan) and lack of room service. I'd go there again more
